Dr. Soriano and his staff are the best! They are fast, competent, and courteous. I've already recommended this office to others and will continue to do so.

Overall

Staff and doctors are EXTREMELY courteous and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The labs are a bit slow, but the clinic is great. You won't regret choosing them for your dental needs.

Customer service is alive and well here.

I REALLY HOPE THIS PLACE HAS IMPROVED!

I have an appointment on friday January 24, 2014. I have been reading these reviews and I am really hoping that there are improvements. Its bad enough I have a real bad fear of the dentist the last thing I need is to have another bad experience with another dentist.

Lousy dentist!!!

My daughter was supposed to get two teeth pulled instead of root canals and they only pulled one tooth. She repeatedly told them both teeth but because she didn't get the higher priced root cana
ls, she was not treated right. Do not go to this place!!! You will regret it!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The dentist attempted to do a root canal and ended up damaging my nerve so bad that I am still dealing with it with another dentist. It not only has caused me pain but also money out of my pocket. The dentist is both inexperienced and completely unprofessional. When I complained I was just referred to another one of their dentists - like i want to trust my mouth again to a dentist affiliated with this company - no way! Buyer beware!!

Ok for kids... that's about it

My mother recommended this dentist to me because she said she had a wonderful experience there, but I have a hard time believing her after going there myself.

First, my appointment was at 9:45 am. I expected it wait at most a half hour, like most normal dentist offices. I did not have my x-rays taken until 10:50 am, and I did not see the doctor until 11:20, over an hour and a half after my original appointment time.

The dentist then went on to clean my teeth himself - there was no hygenist to be seen. His dental assistant was helping, but was obviously new. He did not know how to use the suction device, or how to follow the dentist around my mouth. The cleaning itself was very shabby - the dentist polished my teeth on the front and back, but did not clean in-between. The dental assistant applied flouride to my teeth with a gloved finger, getting more of the floride on my face and lips than on my teeth.

It was 12:00pm by the time I left the office, and that was just for a routine check-up and cleaning.

Cons:

In-experienced dentists and assistants on staff.

Long wait times.

Unprofessional teeth-cleaning.

Pros:

Great gym area for kids to play in that is completely seperate from "adult" waiting area.

Staff seemed very kind and honestly sorry about my long wait.

To sum it up:

I will be finding another dentist for my next six-month check-up.

Overall
not very professional

I took my son to this clinic in November 2008. First, we waited a long time to be called in.

Once in a room, someone did x-rays. Three of those x-rays had to be taken over.

The dentist came in and began the check up before my son's teeth had been cleaned. (The 3 x-rays had not shown up yet) During the waiting, we could hear employees in the room across from us discussing their personnel lives.

He proceded to do the cleaning himself. When it came time to do the flouride treatment, he had the assistant do it. She had to go to the room next door to get the supplies that she needed. The dentist rapped it up by telling us he was good for 6 months. The assistant then said goodbye.

Before this, I had always taken him to a children's clinic, where first we didin't wait very long at all. Once inside, he went straight to x-rays, no waiting and no redo's. When finished there, he went straight to the hygenist for cleaning. The dentist would then come in and do the check up with a qualified assistant. He introduced himself and shook my hand.

At the end of the check up the assistant would direct me to the receptionist to schedule the next appointment. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!!!

I decided to change clinics because of the location but after this experience, I'll be forced to keep searching!!!!
