I signed my lease in the end of January 2017 Feb 1 someone else bought the apartments I have yet to get a water bill going on June and I am told oh just pay what you think you used! Only me and one other apartment are occupied in my building and I know why, bed bugs roaches gnats flies not to mention the fact that this is the third time my central has went out, second time the water was shut off for the day to fix something, went a whole weekend without hot water. No answering service after hours which seems to be all the time I call and show up at the office no one is ever there and if you catch some one oh I'm sorry I been walking the grounds.
The good is that they are painting the outside and putting screens in the windows finally and did new roofs in April. They re did the pools not that they are open doesn't stop people from jumping the fence and having parties. Basically like living in the courts bunch of bad kids riding bikes an skateboard on second floor walk way dogs loose all the time. Police here several times a week.

When I signed my lease I did not know I would be signing mine & my family's health & life away. There was no sign of roaches when I saw the apartment I wanted to rent. When I opened the door to start moving in my belongings, roaches fell on me from the doorway & ceiling. The carpet just crunched from so many on the floor as I walked. The kitchen was a resort for them. The fridge was an a/c room for them as well. I have had to spend my own money to "help" out with this infestation. The pest control they have here is a joke!

The swimming pools are never clear & clean. The water is a cloudy gray color, at this time the water is green, but its safe to be in according to management. If you have children beware, adults drink, get drunk, doing "it", & other children have the worse mouths ever.

Since my move in, so many cars & trucks are being broken into. The thieves live on property! 5 cars were broken into in one night.

Drugs are sold here. I found syringes! It amazes me that these kind of people passed a background.

SHOOTINGS!! You have to dodge bullets here. Every week there are bullets flying. If you love your children, spouse, family, & friends this is not a place for you to call home.
