MEDICAL CENTER WEIGHT LOSS CLINIC rocks! Their HCG Program is awesomea! In four short weeks, I lost 20 lbs and several inches! I also had a VI Peel and my skin feels soft and looks great!

I absolutely love this clinic. I started going here for their weightloss program and now Kathryn does may Botox injections and Latisse follow ups as well. I cannot say enough good things about about her. She's great. And so is the rest of the staff. I highly recommend checking them out.

I have been seeing Kathryn Norton since August of 2013. I weighed 278 lbs on my initial visit. I now weigh 210 lbs as of 1/25/14 - an avg loss of 13 lbs per month even during the Holidays. I have had good weeks and bad weeks (with regard to weight loss) and in every instance of a bad week, it was due to my NOT following Kathryn's dietary suggestions (sometimes eating too many calories, sometimes not eating enough). I attribute my success so far to following her advice, and my wilingness to use the MyFitnessPal food diary that she recommends. My use of the tool has allowed her to look back on the slower weeks and identify where I was not eating correctly and suggest adjustments. My experiences with the staff (front desk, MA's, etc) have all been very positive - everyone is pleasant and attentive, and go out of their way to ensure my wife and I are reminded of upcoming visits.

I am not sure I understand the comment below about staff standing around and talking 'all day'. I visit every week to take advantage of the free weigh-in which gets recorded in my chart as well as an appointment with Kathryn every other week. I have never been there for more than 30 minutes; so, I am unclear as to how the reviewer below would have knowledge of any 'all day' activities.

My advice is - make one appointment. Meet Kathryn, tell her your needs and goals, and listen to her initial advice. If, like me, you think what she says makes sense and you lose 7 lbs in the first week .. I am confident you'll be coming back as well.

Be prepared though ... My wife and I have lost so much weight, and so many inches, that we have had to replace our entire wardrobe.

I have going there for around two months and staff is very courteous and attentive.

Ms Norton is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never met or spoke with Arturo but he has responded to my emails promptly.

The people who work here are rude and just plain unhelpful. They stand around and talk all day instead of working. When they do talk to you, it's extremely fast and like they just don't want to be bothered with anyone. I would say that this place is only in business because people would rather go back there, then have to pay to start over somewhere else. I would not recommend this place, and I would rather pay money to go somewhere else and get better treatment then ever go back here again. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, IF I WERE YOU.

This is the most professional and affordable place I've ever been to.



I've heard about this clinic from a friend and decided to make a trip all the way to San Antonio from DFW because it’s hard to find a reliable and affordable service.



I was very impressed with the stuff, especially Kathryn Norton. Kathryn is a very attentive, warm and knowledgeable person. She treats you like her top priority and offers weight loss options that are applicable to your situation.



I received HCG therapy, appetite suppressant and the supplements at a great price and will recommend the clinic to all my friends. It definitely is worth the drive.

I am a new patient here. I feel the staff needs to be a little more educated on everything this establishment encompasses.



Very friendly staff, yet it seems there is no communication amongst employees. I've been called multiple times regarding my initial visit and to let me know my lab results even though I had already gone, picked up copies of labs and injections/therapy. They are dealing with prescription drugs and have no account of what is coming in and out. I have past experience in the pharmacy field of 10+ years and that is probably why this bothers me.



After a week only a week I am actually happy and have had AWESOME results, yet a bit annoyed by how this place is being run. Working in management, this place's organizational skills are in dire need of some fine tuning. I bet I could whip this business into a TOP PERFORMING establishment. Your staff is what represents your business!



Guys, don't settle for mediocrity....GO FOR BEING THE BEST in your industry.

Guy answering phone is rude and just interested in taking your money. Interested in hcg, but just got sales pitch. Sounded annoyed with my questions and condescending tone. Can only imagine the lack of support I would receive. He couldn't hang up fast enough. Real jerk. Too bad, I would have been a paying customer. Will look elsewhere.

This place is awesome! Great location with a friendly and encouraging staff! The best prices of HCG in town! I've already lost 17lbs and am going every week for my HCG, B12 and fat burner shots! Lost inches too, not just lbs! You have nothing to lose by going there but pounds and inches!! Five Stars!!!

You are the solution I needed to. Losing the weight I wanted gone. Without your help it would have been hopeless

This is one of the worst places I have ever been too. Their customer service is horrible. I recently went in to start a weight loss program which involved starting injections for a month and starting on a medication that would help reduce my appetite. Upon my first visit, I thought it was weird that the guy working behind the counter rushed me through a quick introduction to their new discounted weight loss injections (He wasn't even a doctor). I had recently used their services before so I thought it was okay since they had my information on file. I received my injections but they called my prescription into a pharmacy I've never been to. That was not necessarily a bad thing, however, they failed to tell where to pick up my prescription. So I let it go thinking this can be resolved easily when I pick up my next set of injections-I explained to the staff I had not received my prescription yet and they all assured me that they would call my prescription to the pharmacy I preferred. I've called twice since the beginning of this week letting them know my pharmacy has not filled my prescription (I've never had problems at any time with my pharmacy, by the way) and still no prescription. The staff was seemed friendly enough and made promises to fix everything, but they never really did anything. I think all the Weight loss clinic cares about is getting your money-that is how they have made feel.
