Don't ever do business with this company or Peg Langen. Every review so far has been right on the money, and too bad I didn't see them before moving into a rental property through this realty company. Peggy is a disgusting person, who has absolutely no idea what she is doing and tries her best to turn everything around on the rentor instead of taking responsibility for her job and her actions. She was notified in April of 2012 that our bathroom has a major leak. Gave the plumber the wrong days that we would be home for the repair and refused to have someone come out over the weekend to fix the leak. Now - contacted her October 19, 2012 to have someone come out and fix the leak between Nov. 5 thru the 8th. Absolutely NOTHING!!!! Never once have we been late for rent or had a rent payment "bounce" since we moved in nearly two years ago. But she tries to call me out because we dropped the rent payment off inside the office building - having a fit cause you are receiving a payment - good lord!!! BEWARE. She is an awful person - AWFUL. You would think if you have a good rentor that you would appreciate it and be willing to work for the money we are giving you for the home. NOPE!!! Stay away - very far away!!!!

McNicolas Realtor is a 1 person (Peggy Langen) operation. She is spread way too thin and wont have much to do with protecting your property besides collecting your monthly payment. She managed my property for 18 months and didn't even give it a drive by. She couldnt pick your property out of a line if her life depended on it, but she is so quick to tell everyone how experienced she is and such a professional....I was not impressed. Most days if you call, you will get her voice mail because she is out in canyon lake playing with her horses. Also, be sure to check out what she charges for her own fees in case something happens to your house. My house got struck by lightning and her fees for calling the contractor on my insurance claim was over $1000!!! For that price you would atleast think she would have checked on the repairs when they were complete.....probably too busy at the lake. So, if you like to be taken advantage and have your property half a$$ looked after....give Peggy a call, she sure fits that bill

So we needed to rent a house. I found one that was really nice. Downside...The Property Manager is rude and very unwilling to help. First she never paid the HOA dues, so we dont get to use the pool. Its been two months and still nothing. Secondly, our water heater went out today. So I called and asked for someone to come take a look, She said the repair guy doesn't work on the weekend, so...NO hot water for us until at least Monday. When I told her about the water heater, she was like well its not my fault you waiting until Friday at 5pm to call. I was like we weren't home today so how would I know. Oh if you have a ringback tone, she complain aobut that and tell you that she would ever call you until the ringback tone is removed. She doesnt want to help. She is totally rude on the phone and acts like its you are inconvinecing her.

Dont do any business with this woman, her company is worthless and unwilling to help their tenants. Wonder what the owner would think about her rudeness....
