DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE! The only reason I am giving this dump a 1 is because 0 is not an option. My child has been enrolled in this center for about a year and I am GLAD I was finally able to get her in my onsite daycare here at work.i often walked in to find buckets of water from the leaky roof and puddles of water on the floor.0 Initially my daughter was enrolled in the 2 year old classroom. Mrs. Valarie, the teacher I saw every morning , is amazing. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and is not just there for a paycheck. The afternoon teacher however Jeana is very rudeI have seen her first hand talking incredibly disrespectful to a parent about not bringing diapers!. not to mention every single day I drive by on my lunch break she was right in front of the building smoking! The main manager Ms. Kane was nice and welcoming during my tour, however once we started she was ALWAYS on the phone and never able to assist me. the assistant in the front always looks upset and NEVER greeted me. I was patiently waiting for assistance one morning and her and another employee were in the office with the door closed cackling like witches! I was enraged and late for work. on some days when I had to be at in 7 I had some questions and no manager is ever there at 630am to assist me!! I was enraged when I was told my daughter was going to be transitioned into the 3 year old classroom and I was upset because I truly felt comfortable with Ms. Valerie, my daughter was very upset every morning. Mrs Michelle and Mrs T were very down to earth however the classroom looked very chaotic there are definitely too many kids and no structure . I cried leaving my daughter the first week. I once walked in and they have the woman who prepared the food in the classroom , she looked scared and confused. She looked like a senior citizen, and when I walked out the door the assistant was on HER PERSONAL cell phone and eating! the atmosphere is very chaotic and hectic. Their response was "we are short staffed" This place needs immediate intervention. I truly feel sorry for the kids there now and advise them to look elsewhere for care.
