This lawyer is beyond a waste of time and money. We originally hired her for a immigration bond hearing, when that couldn't be done she went forward talking a really good talk but in the end forced a voluntary deportation onto my husband telling him to sign or she would walk away from the case. She then proceeded to tell us that it was ok... he could depart anywhere in mexico, which was ok since we were trying to keep him out of el salvador. things weren't adding up and after my husband informed us of what was said behind closed doors, we hired another attorney to re-open. We even had a hard time getting the original file from law office as well. once we received file i was shocked as to what was found. Judith Davila was about to send my husband to his death! Her own hand writing and signature on the departure was to El Salvador! she lied to our faces, she wasted our time, and our money. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from this lady if you want your loved ones home!
