Worse place ever. Ordered my sectional and ottoman on a Monday and he said it would be in by thurs or Friday. Called Friday afternoon and he said next week on Monday. Called Monday he said Thursday. Call Thursday he said Friday. Nothing on Friday! He said it would be another two weeks! I ended up getting all the info i needed and drove to the factory in Dallas(i live in San Antonio )to pick up. And then i get to the shop in Dallas and he calls me and says it's not there. I ended up having to drive another 45min to the other side of Dallas to pick up my stuff and when i get there they tell me they have my sectional but the ottoman will take two weeks. They never return phone calls and don't do refunds. Never go here!

Worst place ever I put a sofa on layaway paid it off it has been four weeks and I still have no sofa never ever going to this place I recommend no one ever step foot in this and on top of that I asked for my money back and they said no refunds wtf can I call the cops on them.WORST PLACE EVER

I purchased a leather sectional from Tomas at El Dorado Furniture, when he came to set up my sofa it was missing a light, he claimed he would call the company and deliver it, this was in March and I still have not received it and I have called him several times it seems like now he is avoiding my calls, I also contacted Simmons the maker of the sectional with no help from them.. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything else from this dealer, I should have know better you can't always trust the small shops.
