Teeth Cleaning
Proper oral hygiene at home, such as regular brushing, flossing, and rinsing with mouthwash, is only part of ensuring your teeth are clean and healthy. A healthy smile also requires regular visits to a dentist or dental hygienist for professional teeth cleaning. These visits usually occur twice a year and give your dentist the opportunity to assess your overall oral health. This often includes removing any built-up bacteria, plaque, and tartar from your teeth as well as checking for any signs of potential health concerns.

Fillings
Metal fillings, while the most noticeable, are also the most durable. Silver fillings typically last between 10 and 15 years, while gold fillings can last a lifetime. Typically, metal amalgams are also the cheapest option, adding to their allure. With the exception of gold and silver fillings, most metal amalgams are a blend of several metals.
Resin Composite
As the name implies, dental fillings are used to fill in part of a tooth that has been damaged by decay or worn away by trauma. Restoring the tooth to its original integrity helps prevent any future damage, which can make sure you don’t lose the tooth in the future. Traditionally, fillings were made from metal. But today, materials like metal amalgam, porcelain, and composite resin are all available for a more natural look.

Crowns
What you can do: Hold the tooth by the crown and avoid touching the tooth by the roots, since this could expose the root to bacteria and cause an infection. You can use cold water to clean the tooth off, but don’t dry it, and you can rinse your mouth with saltwater to keep the exposed socket clean. Place the tooth in a glass of milk until you can take it with you to the dentist. You can also use Save-a-Tooth solution, which is available in most pharmacies or grocery stores.
Bridges
A dental bridge is a dental prosthesis, often made of porcelain, that is cemented onto your gums after your extraction site has fully healed. Dental bridges are customized to you and provide the structure and support your mouth needs while preventing further infections to your other natural teeth.
Dental Bonding
Although veneers are more resistant to staining than other cosmetic options like dental bonding, they can fade over time. Regular dental cleanings provide a good opportunity for your dentist to polish and brighten the veneers, removing any stains or discolorations.

Root Canal Treatment
A root canal is a procedure that takes place when the tissues surrounding the roots of a tooth become infected or abscessed. Inside every tooth, there is a collection of living material called the dental pulp, which contains nerves, connective tissues and blood vessels. When the pulp becomes infected, a pocket of pus will begin to form beneath the tooth and can cause mild to severe pain. Some reasons a tooth may become infected include injury, genetics or poor dental hygiene. No matter the cause, a proper root canal treatment is essential to restore a healthy and pain free smile.
Apicoectomy
There is another procedure called an apicoectomy in which the roots are accessed through a small flap in the gums (in order to prevent damage to the newly placed crown.) The remaining infection and the very tip of the tooth’s roots are removed and new seals are placed.

Deep Cleaning
Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. It’s our new favorite sound. We’ve always been committed to the highest safety standards—but now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally – watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we don’t stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dentures
Dentures are customized, removable dental prosthetics that replace missing or damaged teeth. Dentures stabilize and support the gum and jawline, ensuring the patient doesn’t develop additional health problems because of gaps or missing teeth. Flap Surgery

Once the gums and the tooth are cleaned thoroughly, the surgeon will sew the gums back into place around the teeth to heal.

Bone Grafting
If a tooth has deteriorated substantially as a result of gum disease, the tooth may need a bone graft. The new bone for the graft can come from another part of your body, a donor or fabricated bone material. The goal of the surgery is to stabilize the deteriorated tooth after it has been thoroughly cleaned, allowing it to heal and grow healthily during the healing process.

Orthodontics is a specialized branch of dentistry that focuses on diagnosing and treating malocclusions, otherwise known as misalignments, crooked teeth, or bad bites.
