Alamo City Driving School

Very disappointed in service. We were told son would be picked up from school @430pm. Only to be left there. The schools response was they called my sons phone to let him know they would be picked up early, no call! Then when I took him after being picked up,the old lady didn't want to let him in cause he was 10 minutes late. Late because of the school. Yes, the old man offered to pick him up, but I was already picking son up. I asked for refund, old lady didn't care of customer service, nor trying to make right. Bad customer service, especially communication. Plus leaving students behind.

Very disapointed in this school we got our daughters paper work transfered and we had it all payed full and turns out they kept the money that was payed in full without informing us that we would lose just by stransferring her to another location ..

I love this place. They are very flexible with my daughter's schedule and they offer pick up at the high schools. Highly recommend this place!
