Global Granite

First of all, I love my granite, and they did a great job cutting and installing it. My problem with them is on their customer service. As part of my granite job, they installed my new undermount sinks. Once they were done, they hauled away the cardboard boxes that the sinks came in. Unfortunately, they also threw away my new sink grid that was still in one of the boxes. I contacted their office, and Victor was out of town, but one of their employees basically told me that it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't replace the grid, which costs $57. Once Victor retuned, I left him messages on his phone but never heard back from him or anyone else from Global Granite.
Again, I feel that their granite work is awesome, it's just their customer service that I feel could use a little work.

Victor & his crew just installed my new kitchen's granite. They were professional, knowledgeable, tidy & fun to have around! They did a beautiful job installing the granite. Very precise & careful!

Victor deserves applause for the way he cut my granite. The large L-shaped counter-top is seamless! AND....he cut it so very large sections of crystals are located where they are most view-able!
