Our facility provides a comfortable and secure home-like environment with quality professional nursing care for our residents including Alzheimer's and wanderers. We received a 4 out of 5 overall rating from CMS of the Dept of Health and Human Services on September 29th 2010. This score means that Fairview Care Center - East is rated above average overall based on health inspections, nursing home staffing and quality measures.
