        I have found the staff at Brace Place to be very friendly and helpful throughout the consultation process and at every appointment. My only complaint is that shortly after my son had his braces put on, there was a coupon in the Money Mailer for $400 off full treatment. When I asked if they would honor it, I was refused. I am a single mother with no insurance and no financial help, so $400 is a lot of money to me. Had I known that coupon was coming or that they occasionaly have offers such as this, I would have waited the two months to have my sons braces put on.
