Sonnys Tile Work

Do not hire this man. I hired him to repair a few popped tiles on my front stoop. Despite repeated promises to come and repeated reminders by me, over a year passed and he never showed up and would not answer the phone. Now, the few popped tiles have turned into a situation where the entire stoop has to re-tiled and I will have to pay much more all because of his delays. If he did not want to do the job, why not have simply told me that upfront? Very frustrating. Very disappointing.
