        The H Group, Inc. is an independent, fee-only, wealth management and planning firm serving clients in the greater Salem, OR area. We strive to bring clarity and confidence to you in a complex world in order to help you with your financial goals. We work on a fee-only basis, so our work isn't subsidized by brokerage firms, insurance companies, banks or mutual fund companies. Some of the services we offer include: Custom tailored financial plans that integrate all your moving parts, Investment management, Portfolio managemen, Retirement feasibility analysis, Education planning and Estate planning. We try to make your planning fun and easy. When you come to us, we'll listen to your goals and review your current situation, then offer suggestions to help you get the most from your investments. We can prepare a stand-alone plan for you based upon a set fee, or we can provide ongoing advice as part of our portfolio management service. We respect our clients and take pride in educating them and providing regular communication so they can make informed decisions. For financial planning cases, we have no account size minimums. For investment management, our minimum account size is $500,000, but our typical account size is much larger. In fact, our clients have entrusted us to manage well over $215 million in assets. That said, we are known to make exceptions. Our minimums for younger clients and small business 401 (k) plans are lower. Each client enjoys the full scope of resources available to us from our strategic partners. Our three certified financial planners and our advisory associate-who is a candidate for the CFP certificate-offer 75 years of combined experience.
