ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE:

I went to this business to repair the screen of both my iPad and iPhone. I really should have known when the first conversation I had with an employee was him telling me how online reviews (particularly yelp) where made up by (yelp) in order to charge the reviewed company a fee to have them removed.
So on to the issues I experienced, I had to bring both my iPad and my iPhone back so many times that I honestly lost count. I experienced so many failures, crooked and loose home buttons, flickering screens, blemishes and spots on the screens (damaged backlight) and screens coming loose/falling off.

The way I left with the company is an iPhone with a flickering screen which they won't replace for me even though their screen installation caused it and I was refunded for my iPad which no longer has a cracked screen but is now further damaged, with a broken back light which again THEY CAUSED and they refused to repair it.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING A DIFFERENT COMPANY !

These guys fixed my macbook pro while it was in pieces. Apple dinks didnt even want to look at it. I will bring more stuff for these guys to fix !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place for expensive Apple toys. I brought in a Mac pro which was damaged with water. They did a phenomenal job and I am happy. It took 3 days and I was told it will take 2 so they get 4 stars. Thanks

Great service! Friendly employees and the turnaround time saved me for a major report I had due. I have recommended Geeks in Minutes to several friends. If I have problems again, I'm definitely bringing my computer back to them.

Don't waste money on services that will charge you extremely and will not satisfy your needs in every view. For cheap you can get an excellent service at Computer Lab. I sent them my Xbox360 and they fixed the three lights of dead in no time. All my friends shall know about this.

I had my kids playstation 3 repaired by Computer lab in Salem. They were friendly, highly motivated and quick in doing their job. I also have another console(xbox360) that needs repair which i am planning to send them. Very professional service!

I use my computer very frequently and last week it wouldn't start the system at all. I needed a quick solution since i had to write an important report for my company. So i found these guys online. After a quick explanation of my problem they took the job and in an hour my computer was ready to go. I got home, started it and it was like a dream. Faster than ever. My computer works great! I should have sent it with these guys long time ago! My husband and I were really impressed with how quickly they got it back to us, and how their decent pricing was a small price to pay for getting rid of all our headaches!

I went to their shop today and dropped off my computer around 9am and picked it up within 2 hours. They removed all the viruses and spyware and replaced the existing keyboard on my HP Laptop. I was thinking the price would be around $250 but they charged me only $100 for everything! I highly recommend Computer Lab Salem to everyone that is experiencing computer problems and wants it fixed at a great price!

There were two tech who networked our whole office. Not only did they do a good job but they explained each and every process that was being taken and also recommend other technologies to be implemented to improve our business. Would use Computer Lab Salem again and refer to anyone.
