        If you’re hard working, intelligent, clean, drug free, ignorance and prejudice free...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I repeat do not move here.
        Pete owner of the past two years is trash. His only motivation in life is to cheat people out of money and rob people for any dime he can get. The property is in Shoreview, but the property is extremely ghetto & un-safe. I’ve seen nicer & safer apartment complexes over North Minneapolis.
