        Our meal preparation service offers you the convenience of fast food with the nutrition content and flavor of a healthy, home cooked meal. We rotate our menu each week to ensure that your taste buds never get bored. All of our meals are made with quality, fresh ingredients and made from scratch sauces. They are macro balanced and fall between 300-500 calories each. Each Tuesday we will post the menu for the coming week. All orders and payments are due by Friday at midnight. We cook each Sunday at an incubator kitchen in St. Paul. ( https://www.kitchenonthebluff.com/ ) After the meals are cooked you can either pick them up at Kitchen on the Bluff or we can deliver them to you on Monday for a small fee.
