I have been a friend of Marc's for many years and a customer of his for a few years now and I can tell you that his prices are outstanding for the services he provides and his dedication to his services are even better. He has worked on at least three of my desk top computers and both of my daughters lap tops and every time he has gone above and behond the call of duty. He also gives advice and service after the work is done. He goes out of his way to make sure that the work is done to our satisfaction. One one of the computers was so old that he saved all of the information, installed a new mother board and replace all of the information from the old system. One of my daughter's laptop would turn on but would not run any applications. He was able to troulbe shoot the problems and QUICKLY but thoroughly resolves all issues. I will continue to use his services, as he puts his heart and soul into every computer he works on. I also know that when I leave my computer in his hands that I will get them back quickly, but at the same time feel great in knowing that ALL the problems will have been repaired or fixed and that I would have been treated fairly

Mark identified, purchased, and replaced the funky fan on my laptop in record time! After he took the ID numbers off my laptop, i was able to limp along until the fan came in and so i was only computer-less for a matter of hours--just time enough to enjoy a wonderful dinner with my partner. And, the price was right! Mark's an A+ on my vendor list!

I have known Marc 15+ years on a professional level and I was very happy to find out that he started his own business. Last fall I had some computer problems (virus) and did not feel comfortable about the person that worked on my computer at that time. Then I had more problems (worm) this spring and that's when I found out from another former co-worker that Marc was in business for himself. Did a great job of servicing my laptop and thats what I had expected since my parents and other family friends have used his serivces.
