Innovative Construction and Roofing

If I could do less than 1 star I would.  Lets start by saying they threw a 50lb pallet off my roof which almost destroyed 1 of my pillars in front of house.  Nails were everywhere including stuck in my 3 air conditioners on side of house.  Air conditioners were 20k a piece, sorry if I want to take care of them.  They wore out the roof by walking all over  taking the granules off the shingles according to insurance adjuster.  They destroyed a bush I had in the front landscaping where a pile of 100lbs of shingles they were taking off roof laid.  They destroyed my gutter guard in several areas and just stuck it back in haphazardly and it look like junk now.  They sub out all the work, none of the roofers work just for them, they may not even be US citizens, they don't care and that's the problem.  I live in a house worth more than 1 million dollars and my roof was a 40k roof......stay away!

I have used the services of Innovative Construction and Roofing on 3 occasions on 2 different houses. They have done EXCELLENT WORK on siding, roofing and replacement windows. The customer service is outstanding and Brian Benson has been a pleasure to work with on my last project.

I had hail damage on my roof and they came out the next day to take a look at it. Innovative was great to deal with, they handled everything from start to finish. They met the adjuster at my house, submitted the necessary paperwork, contacted the insurance company and put the new roof on at my schedule and finished in a couple of days. All I had to do was cash the insurance checks.

There were other roofing contractors working in my subdivision at the time because of the storm and I can tell from listening to some of my neighbors they didn't get the service I got.

WE ARE A BUSY HOTEL IN DOWNTOWN AND WE HAD A VERY SHORT WINDOW TO GET THE ROOF DONE. THE WHOLE JOB WAS VERY SMOOTH FROM START TO FINISH!!
THEY DID NOT DISTURB MY GUESTS, THEY KEPT THE PROPERTY CLEAN AND THE ROOF LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

CRAIG WAS AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES AND WAS AROUND WHILE THE CONSTRUCTION WAS GOING ON AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS.

In the spring of '14 we discovered serious roof leaks due to hail damage. Innovative was recommended by a contractor who had used them on a successful roofing job. We were in need of immediate help because of further water damage inside the home. Innovative sales rep, Josh Kranawetter, came to meet the next from my initial call. He walked us through the damage inspection, work/price proposal and insurance claim all along the way. Once the job started he was on site from start to finish: set-up, project progress, inspection through removal of tile to completion of installation as well as site inspection post completion. Our roof is made of spanish tile and Josh researched and sourced the replacement tiles needed. We had one crew remove our entire roof of tiles and a new crew replace them. They both worked with remarkable skill considering how complicated the 90 year old roof is. Included in their work was replacing 2 skylights and copper gutters, which Josh sourced and coordinated. We highly recommend Innovative Roofing after the experience we had with them Spring/Summer '14.

Jarrett and his team helped us through the entire process of roof replacement from hail storm this passed year. New roof looks great and we are very happy.

Innovative Construction put a roof on my house over the summer . They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

One of the reasons we chose ICR to repair hail damage was that they could do it all; roof, gutters and interior repair from water damage. While the final results were very good, getting the work done proved to be difficult. Scheduled dates for the work were changed often and getting in touch with our project manager was difficult. Calls, messages and emails were not answered for weeks. The final results were very good but the process was very tedious.

Innovative Construction and Roofing did an outstanding job on several of our projects!!! It is very hard to find a reputable roofing company these days. With Innovative Roofing, your prayers are answered!!! You won't be disappointed!! Quality and Service through and through!!
