After purchasing a home they "rehabbed", we noticed they used gorilla glue on majority on the kitchen cabinets and doors. Just noticed yesterday they even used gorilla glue on the front entrance door handle. How do I know this? The bottom of the handle pulled completely off today and there sits the remains of the gorilla glue.. They didn't even use the screw to hide it. Also, as well as two of the bedroom doors have fallen out of the door frame (where they had gorilla glued the hinge to the door frame because they purchased doors that were hollowed out/ severely damaged where the hinge attaches). And don't even get me started on the basement. Disappointed is not even a word to discribe the feelings I have for these crooks.

Like New Construction promptly responded to a phone message left with their company about obtaining a quote to build a new garage within the city limits of St. Louis; not every construction company did when they learned this project was within the city limits. Robert and Alan met me at my home several days later to survey the old garage and discuss options for my new garage. Robert and Alan listened intently as I discussed the requirements for my new garage; they also responded with very insightful questions I hadn't even considered. After almost an hour the meeting adjourned and I received an email with the quote attached from Like New Construction in just two days. Their quote was not the lowest but my initial meeting and reaction so overwhelmingly positive I consigned with Like New Contraction to build my garage anyway. The city delayed issuing my permit for the garage because they had several issues with its size and design. Robert, at no additional cost, working exclusively with his architect, city zoning, planning and appeals board to obtain all the necessary waivers and variances to begin construction on the garage project; I did not have to make a single phone call or take a single trip to city hall. I knew then I had gone with the right person and right company! The garage was built to specifications and to my satisfaction within the estimated time frame quoted. There were very minor issues but those issues instantly corrected by Robert and Like New Construction. In the end I am extremely pleased with their work and would/will use them again.Sincerely,Bob S.St. Louis, MO
I will continue to use Like New on every project. Very professional and competitive with an excellent end product. Now we have an incredible new bathroom. Thanks to Adam, George and Todd!!
This company takes time to listen to your needs and also they are responsible and on time. They also saved me money compared to other companies.
I was very glad that I chose Country Wide Restoration to handle the damages done to my roof after the storm. They were very professional, and had great consultation! Answered all my questions and was very helpful and patient with me through the whole procedure. They met with my adjuster and filed all the paper work for me. The crew also worked efficiently and took care of all the clean up after the project was complete. Overall they addressed all our needs and concerns. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof!
