I requested an estimate on a project for my home. A representative from the company came to my home and after reviewing the potential project, told me that this was exactly the type of project that they were interested in performing. After taking some measurements, he left and said that he would be back to me within a week with some design ideas and a bid. After 3 weeks passed i called to find out the status of my bid, but the gentleman never had the time to talk to me and never returned my calls. Finally after over 4 weeks, I receive a handwritten note in the mail indicating that they were not interested in bidding my project. No explanation or other courtesies were included. Given their lack of interest in my business and lack of common courtesy, I will be striking this company from my list of potential contractors for any future home improvement projects.
