        LT simmons of the hills dale police dept also works for s&s towing or sts towing and for every vehicle he signs the to sheet for while on duty as an office of the law he is also being paids by the tow company, is it legal I dont know. if your car has been towed by Lt Simmons then contact Fox @ news Which I have also done along with the Govenor of missouri and your local congress man.
