        I was a walk-in patient for a ...

        I was a walk-in patient for a simple blood draw around 9:30 this morning. After an hour, I asked how much longer of a wait there would be and was told that there were still a lot of people ahead of me. I then went to Quest Diagnostics on Niles Road and they performed the blood draw immediately. this facility is OK if you have a lot of time to waste, otherwise, go somewhere else. JoAnne Manore
