Is an accomplished attorney practicing primarily in the fields of Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Probate, Business Law, and General Civil Practice. He is an honors graduate of Georgetown University (1982) and the University of Maryland School of Law (1996). Prior to attending law school, Jim served 8 years as an officer in the United States Army. Jim is licensed to practice law in Vermont and Maryland, and serves clients in both states. Jim is a member of the Vermont & Maryland Bar Associations, the Bankruptcy Section of the VBA, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
