Tony Downs Foods is among the nation s premier food processing companies, serving the food industry with premium poultry products and frozen foods. Established in 1947 when Tony Downs purchased a produce business in southwest Minnesota, the company s product line includes, frozen marinated chicken, refrigerated chicken, frozen custom seasoned chicken, premium canned white chicken and premium canned white turkey. Tony Downs Foods maintains business partnerships with Sam s Club, Walmart Super stores, Hormel, Jennie O, Hillshire Farms and Disney World. In addition to the poultry products it offers, the company s subsidiary Olympic Foods Products, prepares a wide variety of frozen foods, including chicken pot pie, hash brown casserole, macaroni and cheese, veggie and meat lasagna, chicken divan and corn dogs for food service and retail customers. The company maintains its headquarters in Madelia, Minn., with other offices in St. James, Minn.
