First time I went because I thought I had a sinus infection. Was given antibiotics and told to go home. A few days later I went to urgent care as I had gotten much worse. They did a chest x-ray and found nothing. I was told I had pneumonia and told to go home. Next day ended up in ER. ER doctor looked at me and said "you have mono. Your symptoms are text book. You clinic should have caught it."2nd time I fell and hurt my shoulder. A month after fall went there because it still hurt. They did an x-ray and said they found nothing, go home. About 6 months later went Centracare as my shoulder still hurt. Doctor there said I probably injured my muscles and other clinic should have done other tests.At this point I would rather go to ER then medical group. I know it ties up resources but at least they can diagnosis problems.

I have visited this group for 15 years and have always been treated well. Both doctors and nurses are friendly and easy to talk to.
