I purchased a new computer from here a year ago. I asked what type of antivirus software should I get, I was told that Microsoft security was just fine. NOT! I took it back here in a few months because it was loaded with spyware and viruses. That was $75 to clean it. Again I asked him what I should use for antivirus, again I was told that Microsoft Security was just fine. I told him my son downloads a lot of games and watches You tube and said nothing about getting a more powerful antivirus software. Here I am again needing to get my computer cleaned. This time I am investing in AV software and I did my research this time. Many PC reviews said Kapersky AV is highly recommended. I feel he tells people this so he can continue getting revenue on computer cleaning. I would have liked if he would have educated me instead of taking advantage of a situation. The sad thing is, I know he has told businesses this same advice too!
