They did an amazing job! We had very light (brand new) carpet in the home we were renting and it was stained in several spots. After they were done the carpet looked brand new again! There was a spot that was high traffic that was just a tad bit dark and matted down and my landlord called them and asked them to come back and they did. They even call to follow up with you. Which, if I had one criticism it's that the girls who call to follow up seem very scripted and robotic with no emotion. They need to let some personality out! The pricing was great too. It was $215 to do our living room, dining room, den, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!! Can't beat that :)
