        Left us with a stump standing in our yard and refuse to come back and remove it.

        Very friendly and helpful at first. After they finished, took payment (my fault), started to leave. We inquired about the stump that was half out of the ground. They promised to return with equipment to pull it out and remove it. That was 3 months ago. After repetitive calls, they refuse to return our calls. We still have the stump! OUr next step is to contact a lawyer since they refuse to talk to us about this.
