Worst customer service ever! Employee either lost my order or gave it to someone else after I waited 16 minutes as the only 1 in the drive-thru. The drive-thru employee tried to give me someone else's order, after I told her that I didn't get breakfast she just looked at me and said "Oh" and closed the window. I then went inside and was met by an employee with bright yellow hair. Immediately she was confrontational and argumentative. Never have I had an employee argue with me about the food I paid for and didn't receive. I told her I wanted my food, she muttered something and walked away. She returned, took my receipt, and threw it away. I advised I would call the Corporate office, she responded "Go ahead they won't do anything anyway". She then told me "I was being rude". If this is the perception of customer service, the service profit chain, and lack of accountability from the employees there, Jack in the Box has a bigger problem than they think at this location. I finally got a refund which was also met with disrespectful comments from the employee up to when she finally handed me the refund with a sarcastic thank you. I won't go back!!!. Worst of all this employee acted this way in front of my children. The "How are we doing" phone number posted by the register doesn't work either. Or maybe it was busy with other complaints. After this, I will stop frequenting any Jack in the Box restaurant.
Slowest service I have EVER had in a drive thru. Been here 5 times over 6 months. Every time 15 minute minimum wait, even when no ones on front of me or inside. Workers mumble in headset on top of that so cant understand the urban accent.
Employees always get your order wrong (maybe due to the double drive through?) Are very rude and never say “you’re welcome.” Bad acknowledgement. Act in appropriate and seems to be run very badly. Poor management. Nice morning manger guy but he is also trying to do everything himself all over the place not delegating.
Went through drive thru and the guy at the window was very rude. I tried to ask for some napkins, and he slammed the window so fast and walked away. Will not be returning to this location. I would rather drive across town.

Just found two dead flies in my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich! I was going to warm it up for dinner! It was in wrapper!
Probably the WORST fast food I've ever had. Sure, the blizzards are good but prepare to wait for anything you order. Terrible.
Don't waste your time or money. Manager Cindy calls customers names when they mess up. The way this place treated my family and me is quite disgusting. If I could give them a negative I would.
The cashier swiped my credit card. told me it was declined. I paid cash. My card was charged.
