Clean, comfortable room, pleasant helpful staff

I came to St. Augustine for the very first time, for the Run like a Diva Race. It was a great location for the race. It is right across the street from the beach so you dont need to do a gear check. there is the board walk where you can go and chill on the beach, do some fishing, take pictures and just relax.

The room had a microwave and mini-fridge. The room was clean and in a convenient location. Several restaurants and shops close by. The front desk clerk was professional and accommodating.

This hotel was a great experience. Our room was recently renovated. It was large, and the mattress was wonderful. We had an excellent night's sleep. Flat panel TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot with supplies. Access to beach is great. We will definitely return.

Very pleasant hotel and the lady at the front desk, I believe her name is Jessica was very helpful, friendly and a pleasant person! The room exceeded my expectations. When I am in the area again, this will be my hotel to stay at. Loved that it is across the street from the beach too.

Stayed for 2 nights. Single king bed non smoking room looked better than the pictures! Bed was comfortable and place was clean. Great for the price and location. Staff was very friendly and welcoming:). Would stay here again.

the rooms were contemporary and clean. We had a large fridge and microwave available. The location of the motel in relation to the beach and pier was wonderful

Great price and location! It's directly across the street from the beach. There are several restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The room was very clean and up to date. There is also a 24 gas station right in front of the hotel which is very convenient! The staff was very friendly, especially the woman at the front desk who was able to get us into our room before the normal check in time! The pool area is nice, but keep in mind it is an indoor pool.. which actually worked out considering it started to rain at one point during the day. I never tried the breakfast, but it looked tasty. I will definitely be coming back again!

they have very nice rooms and you can walk across the road to the beach and prier plus the indoor pool is nice to have on rainy days. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we liked it alot and its next to a few restaurants

The entire stay was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotless. The staff was very accommodating and efficient. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Nice pool that was also clean and well maintained.

right across the road from the St. John's Pier and the beach. Easy walk over and beautiful views of the beach and waves. Good location and value for our money.

Because of the great deal, I was very surprised to find that our room and the rest of the property was extremely clean. Honestly, I was not expecting to find the hotel in such great condition. I was very impressed to say the least

Location is everything on vacation and this hotel hits it out of the ball park with across the street access to the beach and pier, walking distance for two restaurants and a ice cream shop, plus your a few minutes from the historical Saint Augustine! Customer service was great! It has working laundry facilities on site which is a plus, continental breakfast and inside pool. Interior room of the hotel is a little dated, but for the location and price we will definitely return! A great place to stay for a vacation on a budget! Thanks for the great memories!
