Unbelievably awful place. First off the office staff is incredibly rude and condescending. Second, they have jeapordized my personal health by making the referall process far longer than it ever needs to be. Also, to start the referall process, they gave me a lengthy list of info to ask another doctor for. When I called to get the info, my other doctors office got angry FOR ME that flagler family medicine would ever put that responsibility on me as it is their job to call and get his information. Lazy, rude, careless, unprofessional, and discriminatory based on the type of care you need.

I cannot speak highly enough about this practice. I have been a patient here for 7 years. Dr. Zub goes above and beyond to address all of my health needs. He has helped me adopt a much healthier lifestyle over the past few years taking a more preventative approach to my health. I would definitely recommend Flagler Family Medicine!

Be careful of this office. If you need personalized care you won't find it here. They herd you in and out like cattle. Office staff very rude. Very rarely return phone calls and they seem to treat you like they are doing you a favor by being your Dr. verses being grateful to have you as a patient. Dr's always seem in a hurry. Give this office careful thought before considering them.
