Saint Anne Consignment Auction

Was told machine had no leaks and ran great and assured me if I bought it would be delivered weds or fri at the latest made a 12.5 hour trip out there and the machine needed jump started and had a severe obvious hydraulic leak. I looked past the leak and paid them an extra 125 for a brand new battery and was assured once again by Jim my it would be delivered fri. To make a long story as short as possible fri came around no call no machine delivery then Monday came around and I still have not heard anything from them I called back and jim said oh sorry I forgot to give my driver the paperwork. We will deliver it today it's all loaded up. About 700pm I called his driver who says he broke down and will get his truck fixed in the morning. After countless calls from me to Jim with a full voicemail and no answer he finally answered and told me he got a solenoid for his truck and should be on his way and said he will call him and call me right back and never did. The next day after being frustrated needing the machine for snowplowing it is now wedsday and I still haven't heard anything and don't have my machine. I called and talked to the girls in the office because Jim would never answer his phone or call you back and always had a full voicemail I told the girls my situation that if it can't be delivered tomorrow on weds five days after it was supposed to I needed to go buy another machine and get my money back. They said that wouldn't be a problem. The next day Jim answered his phone and told me I had no business calling and the girls in the office and "you ain't getting your money back" after countless calls unanswered I decided to call my own trucking company during my calls I happened to have an in depth conversation with a trucker that worked for him for years and enlightened me on many things about the way they run there business and believe me after hearing some of the things I did I just wanted to get my machine out of there as quickly as possible knowing they are not going to refund anything. So I called and let the girl in the office know I will arrange my own shipping to please let Jim know since he wouldn't answer my calls or call me back and had a full voicemail once again. She assured me it's no problem. About 4 hours later I called back to let them know my trucker would be there in the morning and she handed the phone to Jim who said I its already on the way to you but you could have your trucker meet him at another auction place in ohio about halfway Friday morning I then asked him if they put in the new battery I paid for and he said yes. So Friday morning comes around and my trucker meets his trucker to pick up the machine at the auction house in ohio and it won't move. I called jim and told him and he says its just cold I then told him it was sitting inside of the building for 3 hours with three torpedoe heaters on it and still won't move. And he just kept repeating it's just cold. So the other auction company used there machines to unload and load the machine onto my truckers trailer it finally makes it back and guess what not only will it not run but they did not even put a new battery in that I paid for. Just want everyone out there to know what I had to deal with. From Jim at st. Anne consignment auction the most terrible experience I have ever had in my life don't know how anyone could run a business like that. Now my good running machine won't even move and no chance at all of a refund and also got scammed out of 125 for a new battery on top of it I have before and after pictures same battery.
