        I have been a Grauf customer for many years. As I women writing this I can tell you I have never been talked down to or felt ripped off. I prefer to take my car here and cut thru all the bull that other places give you. Mr. Grauf will get it done right the first time and at a fair price.

        I went into this business to get work my brakes looked at d on my car. I think I speak for most women when I say I have no idea what they will try to do to me with the car. They could tell me its engine is shot I have no clue!!! so, Tom the owner waited on me, friendly laid back a very calming presence. I have had bad experiences with mechanics before but he was a pleasure. He called me to say my brakes were basically ok except one of them needed a pad; the total came to 75 bucks. I am going to be a loyal customer from now on he was nice, fair and honest. To a woman thats everything.

        there is no better place in Saginaw to get automotive work done. Explanations are clear. Work is done timely. Never asked to do more that what is needed.

        Tom's service center is an example of good old fashioned customer service - hard to come by in this day and age. Tom and his employee's are friendly and professional. He doesn't do unnecessary repairs or take advantage of those of us who are not auto repair savy. A small business that does an extra large service for the community

        Tom Grauf is usually there every time I've been, and he makes sure I know what is wrong with my car, and always makes it as afforable as possible, even going to pick up a used tire.

        The best decision I ever made!

        Every time i have gone there. tom grauf has made as cheap as possible for my car to be fixed. very good customer service and great service from the employees
