Faces Hair Salon

The stylists are experienced, friendly and listen to what you want. They can give up-dated cuts but also can handle the older styles. Overall, it's a nice atmosphere with people who know hair.

The sign outside the salon says "walk-ins welcome." I found this to be VERY untrue! I went in with my husband and toddler, in desperate need of a trim. We sat down, and an older lady who I am assuming was the owner (it was a Saturday), comes up to us after about 10 minutes and gets very huffy and irritated... She told us that she hadn't planned on having any more clients that day, whined a bit, and shoved us out the door! Not only was I humiliated, but I felt as though I had ruined her day & committed a crime just by walking in! How were we supposed to know? This could have all been avoided had she turned her sign off and closed for the day, considering she didn't want any more business at the time. I've never been treated so rudely by a business in my life!
