Dr. Rodames D Dedicatoria, MD

Dr. Virginia Dedicatoria is a great doctor but I recently had an appointment and after setting in the waiting room for 3 hours I still did not get to see the doctor. The staff was very nice but the wait was very long. It would have been nice if the staff would have informed me when I arrived that it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait to see the doctor. I would have rescheduled my appointment. So, if you do have an appointment, make sure to call ahead of time to see if there is a long wait.

I saw Dr. Dedicatoria for the first time a few months ago. The entire staff was so friendly and wonderful. The nursing assistant was very nice and made me feel right at home and the MD prefers to go by her first name! I love the friendly small-town feel. She took the time to listen to my complaints and explained everything to me in an easy-to-understand manner. Her accent is also not too thick, I had no trouble understanding her at all. I didn't have to pay anything at the time of my appointment; I received a bill for my copay the following month. Even when they have a busy day they make time for you if at all possible and they also take walk-ins. I did get put on hold for only a minute when I called to set up my appointment and while I was there the secretary was busy taking call after call, so I may possibly be put on hold often when I call. I am so happy to finally have a primary physician that I really like!

I called to make an appt. because we are new to the area. I was put on hold forever. Never being helped, I hung up and tried again. Again being put on hold forever and never getting help. These were real people that answered the phone! I hung up again and will NOT try again!
