Wende's background, experience, and education have wholly qualified her to assist clients through an eclectic array of business challenges including workforce performance improvement, change management, strategic planning and alignment, process design, and building and aesthetic design. She has a B. A. and working background in fine arts, is an internationally exhibited abstract painter, and has worked in the capacity of both a commissioned artist and a fine art procurement consultant for major corporations.
