Floral Quintessence

This florist is a very bad shop. I ordered a funeral arrg to go a parrish in Sacramento

they didnt deliver it. I was at the parrish and checked all the cards and my arrg never made it. I called them and they lied and said that the Parrish lady signed for the arrg. not true I called the Parrish and they said that no one signed for this piece and it neveer got delivered. I called the flower shop and they are still tellling me that the piece was signed for. That is impossible because the Parrish said they didnt sign and the signature is not of any person who works at the Parrish. This florist was very rude and still insisting that we delivered because they have signature , that means nothing to me they probably signed it themselves to keep from giving me a refund Please dont shop with them and also they didnt answer their phone becasuse caller ID came up and they knew it was me trying to resolve this issue.Everytime I called there was no answer today and then I called back on my cell phone with a blocked number and they said they were having phone prblems, Yaaa right!!!!!
