        Applebee's has finally made it a point to have gluten-free options and a separate gluten-free menu, which is helpful. The digital menu is pretty cool, too.

        Applebee's is our destination restaurant when escaping the freeway traffic. We stop for a tasty dinner and then have an easy drive home. The food is always great, the prices reasonable, and the service exceptional.

        Very Good Food/Very Poor or NO Service.

        The food at this Applebee's is very good. A great menu. For many tastes. We went here today at 3:00 PM. 7-30-2008.

        The service was very bad and non existant. We didn't and could not get silverware to eat our meal with. We were "offered" silverware AFTER we had dined here at Applebee's on Arden Way, Sacramento, California. The table-booth we were seated at was sticky-dirty. The restaurant was not busy with customers like on a Saturday night. I really feel the manager and district manager is not doing his/her job in locating the PROBLEMS here and noting them. The server was more concerned with the side work than with customer service to the customers, I felt. I will not go to an Applebee's again because of this complete lacking in customer service today. I will instead, go to TGIF Friday's down the street on Howe Ave. and get the service a customer to any restaurant would be provided. The thing that saddens me the most is, I have always loved going to Applebee's for their service and variety of food. I was shocked to see the lack of service and NO service, here in Sacramento, Calif. on Arden Way. I have lost a great place to go now. No stars to rate. Zero. Thanks for nothing Applebee's. I am going to miss you...... Michael
