        In operation since 1978, A. Warren McClaskey Adult Center is located in Sacramento, Calif. It offers a variety of programs and classes for adults with developmental disabilities, older adults, and parents and adults assuming a parenting role. The center offers classes in fine and applied arts, personal and community safety, and sewing, pattern designing and alterations. In addition, it offers courses in upholstery and understanding and usage of computer technology. A. Warren McClaskey Adult Center also provides programs in several skill categories, such as employment exploration, independent living, job preparation and occupational production work.
