Pet Rest Memorial Park & Crematory

Sadly we had to put one of our furry children down and the vet clinic spelled her name incorrectly on the name plate and certificate. I called and Ricky said he would replace it within 5 minutes. It toile me longer to get their but his Wife Met me at the door and was so kind and offered me different choices to make this perfect. She was warm and extremely compassionate. You can tell they both care tremendously about customer service. Great people and a great experience that started out horrible. It's true, it's how you treat people after an error that wins customers over for life, even though it wasn't their fault. Thank you for going above and beyond to help a us cope with the death of a family member. I'll always look to you first in the future. Thank you for all your help!!!

My dog passed away last night, on xmas eve I was lost, I didn't know what to do with his little body. These guys supported me and guided me to the right direction and even made themselves available for the arrival of my dog on Christmas day!



If you are looking for good people to take care of your pet's body, they are the right ones!

My daughter and I was completely unprepared for the lost of our pet. He just took a turn for the worse, but had been ill for awhile, but we were told he was okay from the Vet. When we had to make this choice to put him to rest, we had no clue who was going to handle the arrangements. After it was all over with, we were pleased with his remains being returned to us in a cedar box with a small lock, his name on a gold plate and we received a certificate of cremation. If they had bad issues in the past maybe they have been corrected. But I have no bad comments to make about Pet Rest, Sachse, TX. 12/2015.

I had heard some bad reviews of Pet Rest but my experience was wonderful. The lady we spoke with was kind. They picked up my guy at the vet and returned his ashes with a certificate in a beautiful cedar box with his name on it. It was as good an experience as could be had under the circumstances.
