The staff are always friendly and welcoming to pets and owners. They demonstrate a genuine interest in the customer's needs, and do whatever they can to try to accomodate or point you in the right direction. They get to know their customers, and have always made every attempt to go out of their way to get what we need- even if it means running to the clinic next door! I can't say enough positive things- Thank You Catamount!
