Moe was a pleasure to work with. I had a tree fall on the side of my house and needed the tree to be removed from the property. Moe was exceptionally kind on the phone and available to stop by my home the next day.



On the day of the tree removal, Moe and his partner experienced some mechanical delays with their truck during the morning of my appointment. Nevertheless, Moe gave me a call an hour before he was scheduled to arrive to let me know he was going to me late. Once he arrived, he was eager to get to work and explained everything he was going to do. He took the time to answer my questions and stayed well into the afternoon to ensure the job was completed correctly.



Moe even followed up with me several weeks later when I had neglected to schedule a follow-up consultation to have my replacement tree planted. On the day of that appointment, he was punctual and friendly despite the cold rain.

I give this business a 5 star rating because of their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. I was surprised when the owner of the company was the one who came out to do my appraisal AND the work! He really seemed to know everything about climbng and trimming my trees. I will admit they were not the cheapest estimate that I received, BUT you cannot get this quality of work for any less! He was even considerate of my landscaping and kept all trucks off my yard, and cleaned up all branches and debri and my yard was spotless afterwards. Excellent job!
