        My experience with Griffin Electric has been great. For past 15 years they have serviced my AC unit in a very timely matter. Dennis is very good at explaining the issues. Family owned and operated is the best way to go. Thanks again. Paul Pipkin

        Overall

        Had them to repair a unit they sold us. Very rude and did not fix problem until we held payment. Now they won't service this unit because he "doesn't want to". Very unprofessional.
