Latinos Conexion

Sorry to say, if you are not Latino don't bother to go in. Was refer by another Metro PCS store, I had a technical issue with my phone and they thought they might be able to help me here instead of driving all the way to Brandon. The gentleman briefly helped me, then his attention went to the Latinos that came in after me. There were 2 sales people, both chatted, with the other client. I felt like I was interrupting their social hour. The issue with my phone was complicated, I didn't expect it to be "fixed", but no effort was made to even try. He couldn't even give correct directions to the corporate office in Brandon, and yes they will get an earful tomorrow.
