I has been exactly 1 year since Diamonds ruined my son and daughter in laws wedding. I can not believe that Diamonds is still in business after reading so many horrible reviews. Most of their good reviews were all written within 3 days of each other - it's not too hard to figure out who wrote them.
You have to be out of your mind to hire them for any event!!! They had nothing but excuses after they were 30 minutes late picking up the bride after the limo broke down. I have never dealt with a worst company in my entire life.

I had booked a Party Bus 4 MONTHS in advance for my cousins Sweet 16 Party. I also paid CASH. They seemed nice when I drove out there even after they gave me the WRONG directions. They showed us different buses and assured us that everything will be perfect. They asked for my email to send the reservation confirmation via email as well. NEVER received it. I had to make SEVERAL calls to them so that they can send me confirmation via email and finally they did. Then the day BEFORE the party I call to confirm my reservation and the B**** on the phone told me the Party Bus I had reserved was broken and that she called me which she didn't because i have caller ID AND VOICE MAIL. I asked her if they were gonna send us another bus, she said NO. So this is when it gets interesting. I tell her that I am on my way for my CASH refund and will be there shortly since they are unable to help us. She responds ' We don't carry cash and we are closing now'. Now im pissed and i tell her " B**** you will have my money in cash by the time I get there and YOU WILL BE OPEN when i arrive." then i hang up. I drive ALL the way out there and guess what of course SHE IS NOWHERE to be found, but i get to talk to the owner. He asks me if I CAN MOVE THE SWEET 16 PARTY TO ANOTHER DAY SO HE CAN GET ANOTHER BUS FOR ME. I mean seriously what sense does that make?? Why would i change a date on a party that is serving 200 ppl and that has been planned for over a year just for a party bus JUST BECAUSE YOU CANT KEEP A RESERVATION... I ask for my money and here comes Miss B**** out from the backroom, she doesn't even look at me, she tells him to give us the money because they have to go and there is nothing they can do for me. I get ALL my cash back and walk away. Then the same day which is already late I have to look for a new Limo Service to accommodate 16 ppl in less then 24 hrs. I finally get in contact with L&E limo. They saved our day and gave us a great price due to what we have been thru. The driver showed up on time and was very nice and professional. SO WITH ALL THAT SAID I DO NOT RECOMMEND DIAMONDS AT ALL. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. GO TO L&E LIMO SERVICE THEY ARE THE BEST.

This was the worst Limo experience I have had. The driver was great but the woman working in the office did nothing but make a fool of herself and the company. Paying for the trip should have given us a clue before hand. She made it extremely hard to get the money to her and when she finally was able to accept it, she acted like we were inconveniencing her. On the trip the limo was fresh out of the shop and broke down leaving 12 ladies stranded in the middle of the road. We were able to get a ride to someones house that happened to be passing by so we could use their phone as we were in the land of no cell phone reception. Upon calling the office, we were sworn at and spoken too like we were children and this was somehow our fault. We ended up walking down the street a good ways to someplace out of the sun, only to find that the office was still cussing out a member of the group and the driver for moving to safety and that they did not want to send a replacement limo but someone to come and "fix" the problem. After much back and forth on the phone from several different people on the trip and back in Rochester they sent another vehicle to get us back home delaying the return well over 2 hours. This was done with no compensation or so much as an apology. I would never recommend this company to any one. How they keep in business with this customer service is completely beyond me. Stay Far Far away!! Not even worth the 1 star to rate them.

We had hired Diamonds for our wedding to do our limosine and shuttle service. When we went to the appointment with them they seemed nice and accomodating. This is all an act. The limosine showed up late to pick up the girls first of all. The limosine did not have air conditioning and smelled like smoke. When we reached the reception, the driver came into the reception center during cocktail hour and said she was not leaving until she got an additional 100 dollars on top of the tip she already recieved. The driver of the shuttle taking people to the reception from the hotel came into the reception after his last trip and demanded a 30 dollar tip for each trip he made with the shuttle. The shuttle was already paid in full for unlimited service for 2 hours. He was asking for a 60% tip. The evening shuttle taking people back to the hotel was 30 minutes late and he came in and said he was not starting service until he received a 30 dollar tip. He stated that this was in the contract which we had with him. First of all, I set it up over the phone so the contract was not signed. Secondly, there wasn't anything in the contract about driver tip. I had him call the company and got the wench that everyone else is talking about. She was nasty with me over the phone and said to never use their service again (no problem there). When this started, people were ready to take the shuttle back. Because of all this arguing, the driver didn't make the first trip until 45 minutes later. The two delays meant that he took the first group an hour and 15 minutes late. When he returned, he said this was going to be his last trip because he was out of time. I said to him that he was out of time because he was late. He called Deb again who said too bad. Do not use this service.

I hired a driver for a client who was getting married. The driver had spoken to me twice prior to seeing the bride (client) and had the opportunity to let me know of any problems. As soon as the bride got in the car he started complaining to her. Not what a bride wants to hear on their wedding day. The company also never followed up after the booking with a written confirmation, the car they showed up with was not the car discussed at the time of booking. Additionally, the driver not only did not have the addresses (which were given to him) when I asked for the number to his dispatcher he didn't even know it. Horrible driver and service - spend the extra 50 bucks and you will be happy you did.

I booked a 6 passenger limo for a wine tour. They lost my credit card number, so I had talked to them a few times on the phone before our trip. Specifically booking a limo they had online, I was not once told that this vehicle had a blown engine. They conveniently called one hour before our scheduled departure to tell me my "van" would be arriving.
We could have booked through another service had we known we would not be getting the limo. After voicing my disappointment to this last minute phone call and being urged to "upcharge" to a 10 passenger limo, the representative threatened to not even send a vehicle at all! I honestly think this company was scamming for more money, or they double-booked our scheduled limo, for the last minute phone call wasn't even necessary. Anthony, our driver, already called to confirm the limo the night before.
Our driver Anthony was working for the wrong company! He was great. The only reason we had a decent trip in our "astro" was because of his service. I feel bad that I cannot recommend this limo service to anyone because of the irrational phone call I received just before our departure. This is definitely not a service you can depend on.
We apologize for any miscommunication on our part. The vehicle in question did "blow its engine" in the summer. All following reservations were converted into other vehicles. Apparently, your reservation was missed. When we became aware of the mix-up, we called you to make you aware of the situation. Your complaint is about service in our reservations dept., not about the beautiful executive conversion van or the wonderful chauffeur you had. Your issues have been addressed by our Reservations Dept. Again, we do apologize and we would appreciate the opportunity to meet your transportation needs in the future.
