From beginning to end, we were very pleased with our experience at Piazza Honda of Pottstown; our experience here is great compared to a nearby Honda dealer. Karl was very up-front with us about the financing and we appreciated the honesty and hard work he did getting us in an awesome car. Great service!

I was very impressed with Piazza Honda of Pottstown and Tom. I had only intended to come in and see the car in person (having only seen it online) and to maybe drive one. Tom was so accommodating, I wanted to see a car in the blue color and he showed me one outside, which is the car next to it, I ended up buying. No pressure from him, which is refreshing. The salesmen, Steve Minford, was truly exceptional. I was in a bid where I needed to buy a car and I told my wife that I would not accept any traditional pushy car salesman. Thankfully, we found Steve right away and he was exactly what I wanted in a salesperson. He was respectful, pleasant, non-pushy and included my entire family in the decision. I would buy from Piazza again, because of Steve!

I have been a Piazza Honda customer since 2003 when I bought my Pilot at your previous location ... It is still running strong. Meanwhile, I have purchased 3 Accords (2 new, 1 pre-owned) from Steve Minford during the last several years. My experience has always been outstanding with Piazza. I am especially impressed by the same faces I see year after year ... unlike other dealers whose staff continually churns! Keep up the good work and thanks for a fair deal and a pleasant experience. I just wanted to let you know how we were very pleased in the way you got my daughter's car ready for her. She couldn't wait to get home from the shore to drive it. She was also very excited when she saw how different it looked on Tuesday from Saturday, when it first arrived. The detailing department is awesome. Everyone at Piazza is top notch in our book. The custoemr service is excellent from the time you walk in the place (someone opening the door for customers) until the time you leave. We will recommend Piazza Honda of Pottstown to any of our friends looking for a Honda.

Thank you so much to Joe Barone for fixing my 2004 Honda Odyssey. I was devestated when I crashed my van into a pole on vacation. I love my van. I called the dealership about getting an estimate and Joe Barone said he would take care of everything for me. He had me drop it off in Limerick the next day so I wouldn't have to try to find the shop in Reading, which was a huge help to this working mom. He dealt directly with my insurance people, kept me informed and did an amazing job repairing the van. He also took the time to fix two other paint issues with the van (unrelated to the accident). Then he dropped the van back off in Limerick for me. Mr. Barone is truly an asset to Piazza Honda and I would recommend Piazza to anyone.

We were very happy with our purchase of the 2011 Accord. We were impressed with the no pressure salesmanship that we had dealing with Brent. I will certainly recommend your dealership and Brent to other potential customers. We have bought many new vehicles, but haven't had any enjoyable experience like we did at Piazza Honda. On the way home, I thought that was the first time I left a dealer and felt good about the car buying process. All salesman should be like Brent. Brent Foltz, my salesman, was laid back and had a no pressure approach. He was low key, which helped make the sale, the best price. Greg, the sales manager, was very friendly and nice and made every effort to make it a pleasant experience. Don, the finance manager, stayed after closing hours, to complete the sale. I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I am with Piazza Honda of Pottstown. From day one, the service department was amazing; clean, efficient, pleasant, and I felt no high pressure for any of the services they offer. My Pilot was always returned to me clean and in a timely fashion. Everyone in their service department deserves kudos, because they do a great job, and seem to truly enjoy what they're doing. This past Saturday, it was time to turn in my Pilot for another Honda. I had called Piazza previously to speak to a salesman about my turn in options. The salesman, whom I initally spoke to and subsequently purchased my car from, was Ben Grinar. Ben is smart, very polite, efficient, and he knows his Hondas. I was so pleased, that I believe my daughter and son-in-law will return to Piazza and Ben to purchase the new Honda Odyssey. This dealership and all of the wonderful people who work there, are to be commended by Honda and the dealership owner on a job extremely well done. I will recommend Ben and Piazza to all of my friends and associates.

I have recently traded in my Civic Hybrid for a new civic and I couldn't be more please with transaction. The people there were very excited to help me with my trade. I think if you need a new car and have a trade in Piazza honda of Pottstown will not stear you in the wrong direction.
