Extreme Hydro-Jetting and Pipe Inspection

I used AHS. They dispatched out extreme. They don't have to contact me for 24 hours. But not only did they contact me. They were here and finished service within 26 hours! Super polite and professional. They issue wasn't what the gas company assessed. But they worked through the issue. They also gave me a maintenance tip. All about the prevention.

Extreme Hydro Jetting & Pipe Inspection was sent to inspect and repair a plumbing leak at my Austin, TX property by American Home Shield home warranty company. The tech arrived, very young and inexperienced, and balked at removing the sheetrock necessary to inspect for a leak in the downstairs ceiling that had caused sheetrock staining. I finally got him to remove a piece of sheetrock containing a large water stain in order to inspect the upstairs bathroom drains. I ran water in the upstairs bathroom while he looked for leaks. He told me he couldn't see a leak and didn't know what else to do. He said he didn't know how to further diagnose my problem. He attempted to collect $75 for doing basically nothing and his machine couldn't process my card. He told me I'd have to call his office and relay payment info to office staff. If you use these people, you do so at your own peril. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

So far, I can't say that I am impressed with their level of professionalism, in terms of phone dialogue! They told me at the last minute that the guy whom they were going to send, Derril Parelez, would not coming but that "Billy" would be coming instead... When pressed for a surname, they would only say that there was only one Billy who worked for them...!



Now, if I were a more cautious type, this would be a deal-killer... What, I am supposed to allow anybody who IDs as Billy into my home??

Landmark Home Warranty is using this company as one of their contractors. extreme hydro is the worst company ever. very unprofessional , rude, never showed up on time , and maybe they fix something but they damage something else. do not use this company !!!!!!!! worst experience , I will not renew my contract with landmark as long as they are using contractors like extreme hydro.
