        Does not work

        Spent lots of money. Had been going for atleast 18mths. On a few of my visits she would tell me that we were going to have to find another area on my body to work on because the hair on my upper lip was almost completely gone. Not true. Then in my last visit she told me that it just wasn't working on me. That I needed to have my hormones checked.

        I wish she would have told me that before I spent all of that money.

        Save your money. She is making a bundle of money on this service and it does not work at all!!!!!

        Electrolysis is the only form of hair removal that is permanent, and it does work. I have many satisfied clients. Regrettably I do not recognize this client's case, and I am sorry that she did not express her frustration to me as I would have addressed her concerns personally. FYI - The chin and upper lip are VERY hormonally sensitive for women. The areas can be successfully treated. However, with hormonal surges additional follicles in the area can become activated, causing increased hair growth. When a person making progress exhibits additional hair growth, it is warranted to involve a physician to obtain optimal results. Electrolysis requires a scheduled series of treatments over a period of time and progress is noted as appointments become shorter and further apart. The length of time is dependent on many factors and varies from person to person.
