        Overall

        Kudos to Jose Floras who works at the Round Lake Beach Radio Shack. He did his best to help me find a charger for my bluetooth that I lost when moving. Unfortunately, Radio Shack didn't have it, but he went above and beyond by finding it on Amazon for me. You just don't find that kind of customer service anymore! What a great person he is. And nice too!
